The Dow Jones did rally back 47% of it's lows in 1929 and 1930 only to plunge down a total of 89% into 1932-1933. Time will
tell. 24,000 in the Dow Jones is the 50% rally back point, from it's low set on March 23, 2020? Will the Dow Jones close above 24,000, 25,000 only to set new all-time record close price above 30,000?
