$30,000 on the $DOW? 89% price retracement pending for the world's stock markets?

Two groups of people are purchasing stocks in this stock market?: 1. All of the insiders that knew that the stock markets were going to crash and then sold the stock markets short at the "Top of the Market" and are now covering their short positions (aka insider trading)? 2. Central Banks "The Fed" pumping up the stock market with the purchase of stocks in the stock markets. Jessie Livermore always said that "Human behavior does not ever change". QE, stimulus packages, bailouts all over again?
